What data we process and why

• Contact and demo form: name, company, work email, phone (optional), type of company, approximate number of sites and your message. We use them to answer your request and prepare the demo. Legal basis: your consent and the pre-contractual steps you ask for.
• Technical data: the IP address the form is sent from, to prevent abuse (hourly submission limit). Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service.
• Language: we store your language choice in the browser (localStorage and a technical cookie named lang). It is not a tracking cookie.
• Demo booking: if you pick a day and time in the calendar, the data you enter (name, email, phone and the form answers) is processed by Enerzees with Quando, our own booking tool, hosted on Amazon Web Services (Ireland, EU). The meeting is added to the calendar of the person who will meet you (Google Workspace, Google Ireland Ltd.) and you will receive the confirmation and reminders by email (and by SMS if you leave a phone number).

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as the relationship with your company lasts or, if none follows, for a maximum of 12 months after the last contact.

Recipients

Request data is hosted on servers in the European Union and in the customer support tool we use to manage requests. We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing and request portability of your data by writing to hola@what.energy. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Only the technical language cookie described above.
